American League:
1967 - Carl Yastrzemski of the Boston Red Sox was a triple crown winner with 44-homers, 121-RBI's, and a .326-batting average. Yas also led the American League with 189-hits, scored 112 runs, and a great slugging average of .622. He missed one game that year, playing 161.
What was kinda unique was this was on the heels of Frank Robinson's triple crown season the previous year.
National League:
1937 - Joe Medwick of the St. Louis Cardinals was the last National League triple crown winner with 31-homers, 154-RBI's, and a .374 batting average. Joe also led the National League with 237-hits, 56-doubles, 633-ab bats, scored 111 runs, and a great slugging average of .641. Joe played 156 games that season.
