So, my A/C has been out for 2 weeks now. It would turn on then put out (at about 1/2 it's usual force) warm/room temp air. So, we called a repair company. The repair guy came the next day and cleaned the unit & added A TON of freon. (it took about 1 hour and he had to heat it up to get it in even though it was in the 80s outside?) Then, 2 hrs & $350 after he leaves, the A/C stops functioning. The next am, we call the co & reschedule. They no show for the appt. We call & they say they have no freon and we need more-no explanation as to why they didnt call us! I've called all day & keep getting a machine. So, I try my other phone line, then I get through on the first try-manager's not there, receptionist knows nothing. (coincidence?) My question is does the work they've done/not done sound right? Also, how long do I wait till I hire someone else & take them to small claims court to get my money back? Any ideas on how to get my $ back or them here? Please help it's hot out!

my dumb fat neighbor keeps coming into my yard by climbing my 7 foot fence with a ladder he stole from my garage. he sits on my patio furnature, rolls on my grass, picks my fruit and vegitables from garden, brings his tv over, plugs it in to MY HOUSE and watches it. . i have a video camera up and caught him several times and showed it to the police. they said it is not their problem(we have really crappy police) what should i do?????

that their style of game is boring and that the American League is far superior, as proved by countless interleague games year after year, no one wants to see the pitcher bat, and save me there's more strategy, because there's really not other than when you need to take the pitcher out and pinch hit for him, that's it! I don't think entirely. His guys had no aggression in the first three quarters. If your guys don't show up til the 4th quarter and want to finally play as the deserving Eastern Conference Champs then your doomed. But with all that it really comes down to the X's and O's and Mike Brown:

1. No to Hughes, yes to Gibson-
2. Lebron on the bench 4 minutes into the game
3. No boxing out Spurs for rebounds.
4. 1 pass and shoot
5. No counter plan for when Lebron gets doubled every possession.
6. Not attacking Tim Duncan in the paint and try getting him into foul trouble.
7. Letting Tony Parker just do what he wants up and down the court.
8. The last gasp run just helped the Spurs headed into game 3

Ok long story but I will make it short. My husband's aunt (who he is not all that close to) passed away yesterday. It was not unexpected (she had cancer). The memorial service, not funeral (due to cremation), is this Saturday. In another state, about a 5-6 hour drive and definetly an over night stay. We have been planning a big party with my family for some time now which is on Saturday, and my birthday and Father's day is Sunday, which would be the day we drive back. Spending almost all day on the road. Which by the way I did on Mother's day, due to the exact same trip just different reason. I have met this aunt once and never really talked to her. We have 2 children which are very young, neither of which I would like attending a service like this. But it would be hard for us to find a sitter, due to the fact that my mother-n-law will be traveling as well. Should I go or no?!

I gave my notice of termination to my landlord. Upon hearing that, he decided to do major remodelling work in the house while I am still there which will cause my family ( I have two young kids ) major discomfort ( noise, smell, dust ..) . He wants to put the house for sale on the market as soon as I am out and wants to complete all work by that date. Can I refuse access to the property when his contractor shows up ?

A relative has been a raging alcoholic for about 10 years now. Example: In April she spent £880 in Bargain Booze! She has been in numerous drying out clinics and received all the relevant treatments but as soon as she is back home she drinks herself into oblivion. She seemingly doesnt want to stop drinking, but myself and other relatives want to try to help her to stop - with or without her cooperation. Recently, my mum and I have spent many hours decorating her new council bungalow and furnishing in a very homely way (her old flat stank of wee & poo (yak)) and being with her alot to prevent loneliness. She has carers going in twice a day every day as she has difficulty getting around. She has been out of her latest stint in respite for about 3 weeks and has already spent £130 on booze.... wee'd all over the bungalow and sh*t herself numerous times. The place was a sh*t hole... literally.
