Since the gov't still owes on the "40 acres and a mule" promise to the freed slaves, and border security is an issue with talks of a "Great Wall" of America even -
how about we give off 40-acre strips of land along the Mexican border to the families of freed slaves, and just make sure the crunkest, pit-bull fighting-est homies' property abuts the Mexican border?
no one in their right mind would cross that
it kills two birds with one stone
how's that sound?

Why don't you just become a pagan, strip nude, paint yourself up and start making sacrifies of goats and monkeys to the Aztec god and the Amazon Queen? That should be a real show stopper! Nobody wants to see that! Yuck!
