Mohona k,
Dear don't lose heart , the circumstances around you have made you think such about you.
Don't lose confidence, trust and hope they will keep you going when the circumstances say stop !!!!!!!
I know the person who can say that he don't like his own nature surely know himself very well and he can change himself easily. you are your own guide there are very few people who act upon there mistakes and say it openly.
Best of luck your next question will surely be full of confidence, trust and hope.

While you may always have introverted tendencies, there's no reason why you can't practice a little extroversion. Try getting out to an event where there are a lot of people. Bring a friend if you like. Find excuses to talk to people. e.g. Ask directions even if you know the way. Complement someone. Find a common interest with someone and share your thoughts about it.
In spite of being introverted and a bit shy myself, I managed to work in retail sales for over 15 years so it can be done.
If your at a fireworks display, turn to the person near you and say I hope they have some of the "xyz" fireworks, they're some of my favorite.
Ask open ended questions that require some thought? Not just yes and no ones, if you want to start a conversation. e.g. Don't ask if there is a restaurants in the area? Ask if there are any Italian ones?
Don't be so concerned about what other think. Have fun.
Get the idea?

well, you basically answered it yourself..."I've turned an introvert"..that means to me that you took actions that altered yourself from an extrovert to an introvert. Turned from what? Nothing is irrevocable when it comes to our personality. Some changes are easier to make than others, for sure. But, you got some good advice from the others. Take up a hobby, seek out opportunities to be in a group setting. Do you attend a church? if so, sing in the choir, join the men's or women's organization as appropriate, etc.

I'm a natural extrovert. But maybe you have certain emotions lurking beneath the surface. Maybe some people in your life turned on you, or made your life miserable. This might make you want to keep to yourself. Get out there. Join a club, take a class, go new places. It's all about meeting totally new people. So what if you're not too social? These people don't know that! It's time to be the social butterfly!

I know you might not consider this as an option but the best advice I can give is get Professional help. Join a good Personality Development and Grooming course near your place. There you will participate in debates, group discussions and have many one to one interaction with other people. You will gradually open up and will be able to become a totally different and confident person.

well i m an introvert my self.
nothing wrong in that... well incase you dont like your nature then thats the problem.
Your problem is not your nature but the fact that you not liking your nature. Just love ur nature and ur problem solves.
its not you or me who decides our nature.. if something like that leave it, its for good..
extroverts get more into problems than introverts.
many ppl change their character but its not that everyone can change.... change of situation mostly changes the character.. u need to change ur surrounding and ppl with whom u met and u get changed.

Drugs can help, seriously. Are you anxious? Anti-anxiety medication might help.
