Theres this guy and i have liked him for about two years.. he is my best friend that is a guy and he is always there for me.. when i am with him a am constinatly smiling and i am so happy..and when im not with him i am thinking about him..hes about to go to collage so i just dont knwo what to do??

I think you should just go for it. I am the same position you are in but its that point where you just got to tell them and let it all out. Because if you don't then its gonna stay in your forever, so just tell him how you feel.

If you like him and you're best friends let him know, it might be he feels the same way about you but wasn't sure if you felt the same way about him. At the very least you're best friends and you've built a great friendship with him so you're going to have that regardless ^^
