I guess you want to see the effective use of the death camps for those who oppose atheistic regimes like the Communists in East Germany. It is not well known, but the Communists there re-activated the NAZI death camps for their atheistic purpose of destroying opponents of the atheist regime. So since the fall of the Wall on 9 November 1989, I guess things have not been going well for you.
