I was thinking of attending an Indian Music Concert in a few weeks. I don't really have any friends to go with and my parents are not interested.

Its on a Friday night after work. The show is located close to where I work.

I wonder if it will look funny and will people stare at me and make funny remarks if I go alone? I think that I will enjoy the music and show in general.

I don't want to focus on the fact that I am alone, but I will feel conscious of it if people start to stare and make comments.

I am aware that they smoke outside but I was under the impression that it means on the premises as well. Also does anyone think that after being racist last year they are just trying to stir up contraversy by having an all (bar 1) female household. Surely thats sexist.

Why do people get so angry when it's pointed out that the virgin birth is a commonly-used religious metaphor describing the enlightenment experience (used for both Buddha and Jesus, among others)? And that it has NOTHING to do with Mary, mothers, birth, etc.?

I am not a big fan of the bald eagle, when I see them in real life they have a vulture-like quality that makes them seem less-than-magestic. Any other suggestions?

As for me, I would go with a buffalo, because they are strong, social animals with big appetites.

I'm making a 13 year olds room bright orange. She has a huge room, bigger than most children's. Its a very bright, deep, orange. I don't know if I should paint the whole thing orange, or if that will look too much. If I only paint one wall orange, what should I do with the other walls? Just leave them white?

Say they used a fake ID.Statatory rape does not require intent like theft and other crimes all what matters is the age of the defendent and age of the victim.I feel the law is not fair he/she could be charged or prosecuted because he/she lyed about there age and used a fake ID.I think if they did not know and have intent they sholdnt be charged with the crime but if they knew and had the intent to have sex with an under aged person they deserve to be punished other whise let them go free.Does any one agree with me?Dont talk about it legal only talk about it moraly or ethical coz im sick of people telling me the law when i know it.

Your not fat if your over a size 8. Yea, like an abercrombie 8. Their large is really a small and i dont know how a person can humanly possibly fit into their XS tops without weighing 87 lbs. Their sick size chart says that a 15-16 yr old should wear their largest size in abercrombie which is equal to an a & f XS. I may only be a teen but i cant fit into their clothes. I've lost almost 30 lbs. If you see someone fat wearing preppy clothes its because they want to live life and not be embarassed of their size and wear what their friends are wearing.

A family member has just flown out to Kuwait and will them be stationed in Iraq. He is an optometrist. Where will he be stationed? Will he be fairly safe? Will he ever have to be on the front lines? I just don't have many answers and am concerned for his safety. I want him back in the USA.

I was flossing my teeth today and I noticed that there was a little bit of blackish stuff on one of my back teeth. I picked at it a little and a tiny bit came off but not all of it. What is this? Is it a cavity? I've never had one before and I brush 2-3 times a day plus floss so I'm not sure how that could happen. Also on the other side of my mouth, when I bite down hard, it is sore. Any ideas to what either of these could mean??? Thanks!!!!!!
