I've read a lot of the answers on here about hyper cats, but I've done most of that stuff and it's still not helping!! At night, he's fine sometimes. We'll leave a window open so he can sit at the screen; he only does that if it's open though. He sleeps in bed with us sometimes, but other than that he'll jump on the bed and go up around my head and play with my hear and eventually scratch my head. Then once I make him get down, he'll scratch on the sides of the bed. Then he'll scratch under the bed where I can't get him. So I put him outside of our room and close the door. A few hours later, he'll start scratching and meowing. I've read where people say ignore him and don't open the door, but I've tried, and it goes on for a couple hours and I have to get to sleep! So I open it and the whole process starts all over again. I've tried playing with him a lot during the day, but that hasn't seemed to help either. He also attacks my legs like he's playing, but he ONLY does it to me. HELP!

Hello I'm Deja, Earlier this year my 9 year old german shepard dog died through suffering with tuma's around his lungs and heart. He was half white half normal. But my friends dog was full white and died of having a tuma's in the same places. I was just wondering (because my dog was half white) if it is common for white german shepards to have tuma's, because its in there breed etc. And now i think i'm ready for a new dog, and thinking of getting another GSP. But having a white one, or half of a white one, could end up the same way.. and i dont want to end up heartbroken again by the same situation.

does anyone know anything about it?

No title yet... but just please let me know what you think of it. It's for this summer school thing that starts in a couple of days. I just want to know if you think its good enough... in that case i'll list my age (which i'm trying not to do... but whatever) i'm 14
here it is:

Throwing wood into a fire,
only making it grow.
Flames turning everything into ash,
ash as black as midnight.
Wind's breeze carries the ash gently,
blowing it some place new,
somewhere so intimidating.
Ash sitting by new fire,
can do nothign but cause damage.
New fire comes so near,
swallowing the ash into it's flames.
The ash falls into hell,
but that is not what frightens me,
it's the scary fact that,
the ash appears to be me.
*******************************

ok... so what do you think? Does it make any sense at all? what do you understand from this poem?

I have a tonsil infection. I'm taking penicillin, gargling with asprin and then swallowing it, taking soft foods, eating ice cubes and taking strepsil throat lozenges yet, still my throat hurts like mad. What else can I do? It's been like this for about 6 days now.

My 18-month-old spayed female cat has always been very aggressive - biting me (but not my husband) and guests. She bites hard and repeatedly. At other times, she can be very sweet aned affectionate. She was never abused, but was taken out of her litter at six weeks. Why is she like this, and how can we change this behavior?

I have a 7 week old malti/shi tzu. I got him a crate and I wanted to start crate training him. I work graveyard shift and was wondering how I would schedule this? He was whimpering and crying all night .. i tried to ignore it but i gave it.. its bad i know! he falls asleep on my lap .. so when i put him down, he starts again.

And I was also planning to fence in a section of the house with metal borders. Is it a good idea to put the crate in there? along with food/water and puppy pads? would I do crate training within the metal borders?

someone suggested in an answer to another post, that Christians should not read material from other religions ....
that religions such as Paganism , Wicca , Spiritualism etc can lead you astray

can I ask you guys if you have learned from others in these type of religions , have you been lead astray , have we tempted you in any way
or is it just possible to learn about people and about spirituality , and still remain strong and faithful in your own religion ?
I am just trying to understand how someone can live their life without learning from others, without reading about other cultures and other religions .... this doesn't make sense for me

I am a christian. But my girlfriend and I were always caught up in romantic situation. I always refuse to make love with her. Before I truly commited to the church, I did it several times with my xgfs, about 20 times (more or less) wih 3 different girls, but now I realize how bad the sin is, and I've been in sexual abstainance for about 2 years. After finishing my graduate study (MS degree) I'm planning to get married to get rid that sins.

I several times touch and grab my gf's breast (sorry) and kiss them (her t1t5). I know this is wrong, but have I done adultery? Is kissing a sin too.

Thanks, o plz to write Ur source / verses to support your answer

I have a prescription for penicillin from my dentist, The second day I was taking it, I totally broke out in hives, red blotchy rash, felt like creepy crawlies were all over me making me scratch more. I was real dizzy and throwing up constantly.. I called my regular doctor, she said that I was having a small allergic reaction to the penicillin, but was safe to still take it and if my tongue started to swell to come in. Hell, at the rate I was going I would be dead my then! So I started cutting them in half and taking that much at a time. Not as dizzy and throwing up, just the rash and scratching all the time.
I look like I had the chicken pox. hehe I have heard of real bad reactions in people.
Had anyone else had this problem and if so did they also keep you on the penicillin or did they switch you do a different antibiotic, and how long did your symptoms last?

Yesterday, my boyfriend had this huge fight with me over me not answering his phone which I didn't hear the phone ringing. He kept shouting expetives to me on the phone. He told me to pack up and go home. I was cohabiting with him. After which, we reached home. He was throwing my stuff and he kicked my laptop really hard twice. I wanted to take his things but he pushed me and I almost fell. I then slapped him and he punched me on my nose. I started crying and his parents saw it. He's totally changed. He could still laughed at me when I was holding on to my nose and even slapped me on my arm saying sorry like he just stepped on my feet. I feel so hurt and I have no one to turn too. I'm currently staying at his house under the care of his parents but he's not here because I don't want my mum to see this. I kept having flashbacks of this incident and I feel really awful. I have no one to turn too also. He wasn't like this previously. I feel so hurt just thinking back of the good old times

Gay and Lesbian people where gone? What group would a homophobe target next? Please make valid and scientific points. Keep in mind that without gay you could not have straight, without happy you could not have sad, without war you could not have peace, without pretty you could not have ugly, without night you could not have day etc.... Without gay to compare to straight what would you be then?
