Usually the last part of the email (after the @ sign) is the domain name for their website. For example, the email is somebody@abcompany.com then they own the domain of www.abcompany.com. If this is true then you can do a whois search for the domain name and that might turn up the physical address you are looking for.

Type 'whois' into a search engine and it'll pull up a ton of sites you can search for the domain on. (whois.com; whois.net; etc)

you can look up the domain name (the part after the @ in the email address). But it would be easier, and more direct, if you just type the name.com in your browser, and let the website come up. Then you can check their Contact us, or Careers page to find an address.
