I am trying to print out a picture from a email on photo paper Please help

Open printer and find paper jammed between the rollers. Pull it out and restart printer.

What kind of printer is it, and is there really a paper jam, or is your printer telling you that you are using the wrong paper? A little more information here would help us help you!

Open the roller, take out the jamed paper. Assemble it.

Take the cover/tray front or back and check for anything/paper jamming inside.

Make sure there's no paper stuck in it, open it up and check everything, then turn it off and turn it back on.

just press the cancel button twice or switch off the printer than switch it on problem will be solved automatically

send it to shop....or....try to check wether.....there is paper stuck inside it...
