I know the sub prime market just had a massive fall out that is still going on, but does anybody know of any lenders still willing to do 100% LTV with a 44% debt to income ratio with a 700 plus credit score and adequate assets. It will be on an investment purchase as well

My wedding gown is very flowing and lovely. It is an ivory color. I was planning on having a pure white and lavender wedding, but the dress was on sale and I just feel in love with it. Would having white wedding accessories such as flowers, the cake, table cloths etc. make my dress look dirty? I was thinking of having a mixture of white and cream colored flowers with some lavender mixed in. Would this look good? Should everyone in the wedding party wear ivory instead of white? How would the lavender look with the ivory? Should I go with a deeper purple?

i lost some weight last summer by jogging every night, but now i want to lose some more weight but not on my legs, and i really like jogging cause thats the only exercise i find easy, so is there a way to keep on jogging but not letting my legs get any skinnier?

We have a choice between two similar models, one is slightly thinner than the other, but probably half the price. Is there any substantial difference. BTW, we are probably not living in this house for too many years, so decades' of durability is not our utmost concern. But we want it to hold up and look nice.

Is there anyone that has one, specifically a Bob Marshall? I'm not interested in Hilasons, wasn't impressed.

My question is, how exactly is the cantle designed, is it rigid and if so is it similar to the cantle of a treed saddle? I have a mule with issues of the cantles not being wide enough, plus lipomas on his back. I can ride him english just fine, but we are on his 3rd western saddle and there is NO WAY that a western saddle will fit him anymore. I just had him to the vet today and the vet agreed.

Any help on the Bob Marshall??

as a lgv night time driver i find it increaseingly differcult to safely drive (work) for 60-70 hours a week every week, so i have decided to work 4 instead of 5 nights a week because i dont want to kill someone or myself due to driver asleep at steering wheel ! but my employer says the job is 5 nights or your sacked what can or should i do i have done this job for 3 years and it makes me feel depressed and i,am not sure how to handle this confrontation with my employers.
