Car wasn't drivable after the accident so I had it towed using triple A to my home. Both the driver of the car who hit me and myself were ok & didn't need to goto hospital. The drive who rear ended me had insurance and provided me with the info. What should I do now? Do I contact a lawyer or do I try to settle this myself? Should I just try to contact the other party's insurance or my insurance? If I hire a lawyer, isn't he/she just try to get half of the settlement? What do I do? My car is just sitting in my garage. What do I do?

During 2006 i've met indivuals whose sign was either chinese cat or virgo. To me, Cat and Virgo are just the same.

Now here's the problem: they all said to me (and to doctors) that they were hearing terrifying voices, most often after some emotional episode had happened to them.

Could thus virgos be linked to Satan, black cats and so on, or could they just have a more fragile nervous system than individuals born under other signs?

My bf and I went on a family vacation last week. All of his family was invited. WeI've been dating for 1 year and 10 months now, and have been entretaining the idea of marriage and talking around the subject for a while. It has been implied that we're going to get married someday and even his father called me "Mrs. P" during the vacation, but still no "official" word from him. His family kinda spilled the beans on his "plans" for us a few times, but still he keeps mum about it.

Finally, after a lot of talking around the subject, he told me that he wanted to "settle" in 3 years and that if I agreed, I said yes, and he said: well, then we have to start planning from now to make it possible.

HMMM.... what is that supposed to mean? I'm sure that it's not a marriage proposal, but rather an advisory? We're both adults (27 and 33) and financillay stable. We do not live together. I'm happy but confused. What do you think?

I have an account with Washington Mutual, and recently, I have overdrafted, but cause of my carelessness, but because when I logged in, it showed I had certain amount of funds, and later, onceI had spent what I thought it had, they tell me I didn't have that money after all. I'm pretty tired of that (Second time they do it) and I'm just going to open another account somewhere else, I'll have to pay them, but I can't lose my upcoming check. What are some things I can do to get out of this problem without it affecting my credit?

i have been trying to diet and have no junk food-about 1000-1200 calories a day. that makes me even hungrier and i overeat.(today just between10:00-11:00 i had 2 packs of crackers,1 slimfast bar, 1 bowl of cereal, 1 bowl of oatmeal. and an apple). I HAVE BEEN EATING LIKE THAT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER FOR A WHILE NOW FROM BEING SOO HUNGRY. I also have THE SLOWEST METABOLISM. obesity runs in my family too. I also have exercise equipment, no radio so i cant dance to music, and my mom does not let me out of the tiny back yard we have. I HAVE NO WAY OF EXERCISING AND NOW I AM OVEREATING AND NOT BURNING CALORIES. it so horrible and i dont know what to do!!!!!! i need help on WHAT TO DO ABOUT EXERCISE, AND MY EATING PROBLEM WITH ME BEING ALWAYS HUNGRY NOW. She just found it and had it removed, but he's been spying on very very personal convo's between us (info that could ruin her). I know it's illegal, but what actions can be taken, or what can she tell him to scare him (legal jargon, etc). When confronted, he said "offices do it". But we all know companies can have legal rights to company emails, etc, and he knows better than to give such a lame excuse. Anyway to prove it was him or what kind of burden of proof is necessary?
