i could be freaking out too. he's purely too youthful. the greater youthful the baby the greater they choose the stability of fat and food that purely come from breastmilk or formulation. Gerber needs you to purchase infant nutrients. needless to say they'll inform you this is totally properly to feed your 3 month old solids! in accordance to docs you may desire to attend until a minimum of four months, ideally 6, to start solids. purely on account which you and your sister have been began on stable meals and have been advantageous does no longer advise that's stable to start your infant on them. human beings did a super variety of issues as quickly as we've been childrens that have been risky. hear to the docs and wait. If the cost of formulation is an argument be conscious for WIC. My son began solids at 6.5 months. an great thing approximately waiting is which you do no longer could desire to hardship with overpriced little jars of processed meals and can pass directly to table meals.

My son is almost 5 months old now, and is still exclisuively breastfed. At his 4 month appointment his ped told me that I could start introducing solids, but he has no interest in them yet. He still has a pretty prominent tongue thrust reflex, so he is just not ready yet. Feeding solids is one of those things that you need to follow your baby with, my other son was eating it consistently at 3 months, so how the baby is reacting is something I'm not used to. LOL

They recommend starting them on rice cereal when they are about 3 months & then starting them on fruits later but only try one at a time give it about 2 or 3 days to make sure there is not an allergic reaction to it. Veggies are the next thing to try then meats. good luck

I never did commercial baby food. I started my son on table food around 7/8 months. Never had texture issues and hes always been a very good eater.

You can start feeding your baby baby food as soon as there tongue trust is gone.
That's when you give them the food and they automatically push it back out with there tongue. Usually around 5/6 months
