Cough up a lung...or agree to take less pay. If I pay you for a full day, I demand a full day. And if you made a habit of it, I would fire you. Being a boss is not about being a pal or a good guy...its about running a business. If I hired you for 40 hrs per week, I'd expect you to work 40 hrs per week. Simple as that. If you didn't want to work, why waste other peoples time? I'm sure there are others who could use the job.

Nothing. I would let everyone go early because it's FRIDAY!!
Unfortunately I don't have that authority, so I will punish my boss for not letting me go, by answering questions on here until 5 o'clock!

If you've worked hard all week..have not been a pain in the ***, and have 'gone the extra mile' you wouldn't even have had to ask if i was your boss....you'd be on your way home now.

All depends on what kind of mood I am in, if I am in a crappy mood, you would have to cheer me up a lot and if I was in a happy mood, probably like U2 sang, "hold me, thrill me, kiss me, but don't kill me". I added the Don't in there, although if you kill your boss, you might take over the company!
