You know when you're just stuck in a slump, sometimes for no reason at all? How do you get yourself away from that negativity?

I usually get myself a good book and/or take a brisk walk outside. Either can get my mind off of things and help me to refocus.

We've got a wooded lot and had someone recommend gutter guards. If we don't install them, how often should the gutters be cleaned?

I am currently reviewing our On Call Procedure. We don't have anything particular in place and wondered if any of you have any guidelines in terms of:

If an employee is on call and attends a call before he/she is due on shift how do you allow for the fact that they may be due on shift within a few hours of that call?

We have had some queries from employees about whether we should be adjusting their shift start time if they have been on call.

I would be grateful if you have any information that you can share with me.

It is so cold today, about 50 degrees F! I think it might rain later on as well. What should I make for dinner tonight? My husband won't be home until about 7pm (he works outside) and I'd like to make something warm and comforting for him. Any suggestions?! (mabye recipe too, i am a pretty bad cook!)

I make my own decisions but it sure is helpful to have a "panel" of non-biased people take a look at things objectively. After years of someone telling you you're crazy, you almost start to believe it. Thanks to all who give honest, REALISTIC answers. My sister was involved in a four car pile-up yesterday on route 51 leading into Pittsburgh, Pa. Everyone started driving away, but my sister made the lady she rear-ended stay until police got there. I'm not sure about what happened after the wreck. But today, just an hour ago, an "insurance agent" from the women called my sister. He said the conversation was being recorded and demanded that my sister answer questions. She did. Was it illegal for that insurance guy to do this? He was threatening my sister that if she didn't answer the questions that he would use the tape as evidence. What should my sister do without really getting a lawyer?

The other night I dreamed the internet was a series of spider webs. Two enormous arachnids controlled this network of webs. One was Bill Gates, the other was that Dick Cheney. My PC is slow, freezes, turns off by itself sometimes... I can't afford to buy anything. Most scan & repair programs will do a free scan then they want to charge you for repairing the errors and/or problems. Thanks for your help guys...

i have an a7n266 vm rev 1.05 AMD athlon xp 2000+ processor with clock speed 1.67 ghz. plz help me overclock t

i hve never tried this b4. and i dont hve any basics in overclocking. i could find some terrible postings dealt with wiring , soldering and all. i dont want me burn the only one pc i hve so, could u plz tell me is there anyother safe way to do that. i hve also heard abt jumber settings and multipliers..i know it deals with clock speed. and we can increase it by setting the jumper to another level.......actually i cant practically find anything like that on my motherboard....expecting satisfying answers...

It started this morning and worked about 3 mins.(Fresh gas).
Tried to start again. Engine started for a couple of seconds and died again. (It cranked and not stayed on).
Any idea where and what I can do about this.
