Hell is basic Christian doctrine.

No one really knows what hell is like. It has been described by people who have not been there as everything from flames to a frozen lake (Dante).

Hell is the state of complete and final self-exclusion from communion with God and the blessed, reserved for those who refuse by their own free choice to believe and be converted from sin, even to the end of their lives

I like to think of it this way. The only way a person will go to hell is if they want to.

God in His (or Her) unlimited love has given us free will to choose. Our most important choice is to freely decide to accept or reject God's constant offer of spending eternity with Him in heaven. God will respect the choice to reject Him.

With love in Christ.

Based on Gods Word, I believe in both Heaven & Hell. Many people say that a God of love would never send anyone to hell........and they're right! God doesnt "send" anyone to hell; He has made the way of escape through the death, burial, and resurrection of His Son; many simply choose not take it, not to believe. Hell was created for the devil & his angels.
I dont wish for anyone to go to hell. On the other hand, I would hate to think that liars, thieves, & murderers would all be rewarded with Heaven without having first repented. There would be no reason to believe in God and obey His Word if everyone got to go to heaven anyway. I do believe that a murderer (or anyone) can truly repent and accept Jesus and spend eternity in heaven...because God can forgive anyone. Who am I to judge? The only sin that will send you to hell is the one of unbelief, not accepting Jesus as the One, True, Lord and Saviour. Please look at the links listed below! They are amazing!!

Muslims believe in the hereafter, and yes of course Hell. Hell is necessary to manifest God's Justice. It is eternal torment. The only way to escape it is to believe in the one God, do good deeds for the sake of God and avoid and repent from sins.
