I'm half American half Japanese, so I could do either. What kind of benefits are there being a Japanese citizen in Japan, versus being an American citizen?

Okay, so I've been hanging out with this guy for three weeks...he's cooked me dinner several times and taken me out, he's met quite a few of my friends and I've even stayed over at his house...haven't slept together yet but we've fooled around. He's told me that he likes me and he definately acts like he does, but last night I said to him 'I really like you' and he said 'I don't want to rush'...I wasn't sure if he was talking physically since we were making out so I asked him what he meant and he said 'I like us hanging out'. So does this mean we aren't dating?
He just got out of a relationship earlier this year that was pretty long so could he just be wanting to get to know me better before committing?

hi I have read here that Abrams MBT and Leopard 2 should be able to fire ATGM.. that's crap, ain't it? I know that abrams does have the new gun for subcaliber "shotgun" ammo for urban warfare /x108 or so/, and that leopard is being upgraded to this stuff, too. but I am quite sure that neither of them is capable of carying ATGM inside. I actually saw someone talking about hellfire ATGM. if at all I would believe TOW because it is standard equipment of bradley and as such should be relatively easy to mount atop of other armoured vehicles.
notalk of russian tanks, this time. of those kornet/metis/cobra family
probably someone misjudged the inteligent grenade to be missile?

With Mother's Day this weekend, my boyfriend is contemplating what to get his daughter's mother. (She is not even three yet, so obviously can't do the shopping herself.) What is appropriate? Last night he was looking at spa treatments at some posh resort. I thought that might be too much, but he thinks that whatever he spends for Mother's Day, she'll reciprocate for Father's Day a month later.

Ive been married for 3 yrs, my daughter is 8,my husband is not her biological dad.My husband has left to go stay with his family for a while b/c we had a disagreement.I have talked to him to see where the problem lies.He stated that he can not live in a house where he is disrespected by an 8 yr old.He doesnt feel that I discipline properly & feels like I am against him and take her side.I try to tell him that that I am not choosing sides, however I often feel that his military background causes him to nit pick over things and sometimes the punishments that he chooses are too severe for her actions.That is not the only prob, I feel that he emotionally neglects me and my child. Our sex life is dissapating, he makes me feel undesired, unattractive,& unimportant. I dont know how to fix our problems,everytime we argue he leaves for days and then comes back and I am so glad hes home that the prob doesnt get fixed but I cant continue this cycle.I am mentally, physically,&emotionally exhausted

I just purchased a Rottweiler puppy on 04 may 2007, well he was fine until yesterday. He started to vomit, so I took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with parvo. Well the breeder gives you a 3 business day health guarantee. She refuses to abide by it saying I waited too long. i feel like I did not because sat and sunday are not business days so I caught it on the 3rd day. Now she refuses my emails and phone calls, she said she has no more puppies to replace him with and she does not do refunds. So what do you think I should do?

Another realtor from a different agency showed our house last night. It was the second showing for some interested buyers. Our realtor can be somewhat lazy in contacting or calling us back. Would it be wrong to contact the other realtor for feedback on the showing?? Should contact always go through our realtor??

Will he be ok to return to school on 5/14? Can he join in gym & recess with out proplem? What types of food can I give him since it's only been 1 week. He wants to eat many things & I have to say no. She has no respect for us. She refuses to help out. Drops the f bomb in front of 4 & 5 yr old brothers. Won't do chores. We've taken away all privileges and she doesn't care. Says she hates it here. Is there like a boot camp or even just a family atmosphere type place that would make her understand that we aren't asking for much, just respect and a helping hand once in a while. We really aren't that awful but she treats everyone in the fam like the stuff on the bottom of her shoe.

I am a 25 year old still living at home with his parents and I have a gf who wants to get somewhere in life with me, but I can not seem to move forward to finding a great job/career. I am finishing up my 1st year of college and I still don't know what I want to major in. I have a messed up work history and employers look down on me because of that. I am great with computers and inputting information into databases. I have no job history with that, but I apply to office/clerical jobs and no one hires me. I just wish that God could look over me and give me that one big break that can change my life forever. Everyone is so stressed out because they want to see me get ahead in life and have a future for myself. I get so emotional everyday because I try applying to jobs, but no answers. I just had hoped someone could be my angel and give me the one best answer that could change me forever. I have looked into work at home jobs, but they seem all scams. Any help would be appreciated.

My husband would rather hang with friends and play poker than spend time with me. ( wife of 5 yrs together 8 yrs) I told him I had a sitter and wanted to go to the movies, it was saterday at 12 noon, he said there might be a poker game that night,so I said that my friends are all busy and I want to spend the time with him. I left it up to him to decide his plans that evening. He chose poker, and didn't even invite me to come hang with him and buddies. I sat at home alone all night with our 1st babysitter in a long time.
I told him the next day I was mad and expected him to chose to spend the time with me. I have given up trying to spend time with him. I now joke and tell everyone that we are not friends just married. Any ideas?
