know of a website or exercise program and diet program for teens or something for someone just starting out. He is to young to be weighing this much.

Women are being denied access to alternative health treatments, women are being denied birth control if they are not married, of course abortion as well, women are being denied pap smears by some doctors that believe they should not be allowed access to this service.

Where is this? In Nova Scotia, Canada.

It is against the Canada Health Act and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. So why is it being allowed to continue. Is it the religious belief of the magority? Is it the new federal Conservative government?

You see when we talk about religion and womens rights on here it is as if some individuals have no concept of how this mentallity can strip everything from women.

I felt this was a good warning to share with you all here in R&S.
Please comment regarding womens rights and the influence of religion on them and where you think this all could go if we do are not vigelant.

what is the best way 2 tone your arms?? i was thinking maybe using 3 pound weights and doing as many reps as i possibly can. idk if that will work well or not. and by the way i'm not weak just so u know, i am the 4th strongest kid on my high school football team, i just want 2 get some more tone and i'm also 5'10'' 180 lbs. just in case that has anything 2 do w/ the things u recommend.

I have been in alot of pain and can still hardly walk. Workers comp has almost sent me to the poor house. I can't even walk a block with out extreme pain.

last night something happened that changed the way i thought about spirits. i was starting to fall asleep when i was listening to music then all of a sudden i fell something press on my back. i was being held down although nobody else was in the room with me. i looked up after i was released and i started to cry i don't know what happened. can anyone tell me what happened.
