My last period was on March 19 and I have tested positive on two pregnancy tests allready. According to my doctor I should be about 6 weeks pregnant so she did 2 blood tests on 2 different days, my hcg came out to 138 and the other was in the 200's. She said it was to low for being 6 weeks pregnant, Why am I to low? Could I have ovulated late? Is my pregnancy still normal and ok?

I have posted recently about a nasty email from my ex...yet I feel like I will always care...we were friends for a long time before we were together...and I do think I made many mistakes. He did not give me the closure I needed, and often avoided confrontations in our relaitonship he was much younger. So, in the last year, instead of making him comfortable enough with me to get back together, as I guess he wanted, I always closed every effort with talking about the conflicts we never discussed before, and pushing unasked-for communication upon him....I feel badly for this. There is still much love in my heart for him...more, I think, in fact, than there has been for the past year. I cannot explain this, because he sent me the nastiest message. There is something healing in his having set a boundary...historically, he has had no boundaries. I have not written him back for a week...I feel a kind of peace in my heart, but I want him to know I understand. Does anyone understand? Ideas?

Here’s my first ever posted question.
In the last 20 years or so I have learned many things about faith, and world religions.

One thing I have noticed is especially when it comes to debate and apologetics, that non-believers always seem just as militant as believers. I would think that so many of those people who are “enlightened” would take a less evangelical-like approach to their own non-belief system.

Is it that Non-Believers and Faith haters both are trying to convert people to their belief stricture? Just like evangelical Christians? Why then if they have all this wisdom and knowledge of the universe why do they lower themselves to levels of those that they dislike.

There is this girl that I liked, and we had been talking for a couple months and she knew I liked her and I knew she liked me, and I finally got up the courage to ask her out.

On our first date I was little short on cash so I took her bowling and we got a pizza and had a good time. At the end of the date I didn't give her a goodbye kiss.

A couple weeks later I asked her for a second date and I had a little more money this time so I took her to a nice restaurant and we went to see a movie afterwards. At the end of the date I walked her to her door and as we were saying our goodbyes I gave her a kiss and she seemed to enjoy it.

I have been trying to get ahold of her for 2 weeks now and she won't answer my calls or return my texts. What did I do wrong?

I'm almost 17 years old & the middle child. I have NEVER had my own room. For the first less-than-two-years of my life, i shared a room (& bed) with my older sister. than my parents had my little sis. so then the three of us shared a room until i was 8 1/2. i've shared a room with my little sis since then. i have hardly any privacy and my room's a mess b/c of my sis. a couple months ago, my parents started building a wall down he middle of our room. Yipee!!! right at first they worked on it for a little bit 2-4 times a week. after aboout 3 wks, they only worked on it once a week, and they have't worked on it all (until today) for the past month. there's the boards and less than 1/2 the drywall is up. the tools and a giant shop vacuum are on the floor. it seems like they'll NEVER finish and everything is just in the way. even though my dad worked on it a teeny bit today, it'll probably be awhile before they do again. i wish they could work on it a little bit more often, but if i...

We have like what, 98% of the population, who know 9/11 was not an inside job. I'm not saying there wasn't negligence or warning signs. I am just talking about the 2%, who think they are in the majority, that ACTUALLY believe Bush and the administration was actually behind it. I live on a busy main road and work night shift so i sleep with earplugs everyday, until i've saved enough money for a double glazed window.
Anyway the wax must be getting pushed deeper into the ear, has anyone slept with plugs frequently for a long period of time and any harmful side effects?
