NO NO NO...have you read the label on that stuff? why dont you get some skim or 2 percent milk and some fruits and make your own blender smoothies. Heres one that I like
1 banana
1/2 cup of fat free yogurt
1/2 cup of 2 percent milk
some frozen berries [raspberries..blue berries..strawberry
mix it all up in the blender and enjoy
Whatever flavor yogurt you use can determine the flavor.If you dont want milk use real fruit juice. Soy milk is nice too

nope...home cooked meals are the best diet foods not processed or pre-packaged foods
