Does anyone know where one stands on taking a vehicle onto the beach in Scotland?
There's lots of driftwood too big to carry back to the carpark on my local beach, so driving onto the beach with a 4x4 and a trailer seems the obvious solution.
However, the beach is used a lot by busy bodies who have nothing better to do with their time than stick their noses in other people's business, so I would like to be sure of my facts prior to undertaking this course of action.
The beach is not a nature reserve or similar, and this would be done late in the evening when the beach is at it's quietest.
FYI, the wood is used as fire wood - better for the environment using spare wood lying about (and making the beach tidier at the same time) than trees that have been harvested surely?

A fairly random question perhaps! I was having a chat with a friend and we could not come to an agreement about where English people get blonde hair and blue eyes from? Was it the Romans? Scandinavians? Or another culture entirely? We originally thought the Romans... but then we began to question this as Mediterranean people particularly italians are famed for having dark hair, dark eyes and olive skin!

Anyone shed any light on this?

If God made the world in 6 days and it would have come to that state itself through many years of evolution how would we know the difference? Even if evolution were true it does not mean that an all powerful being did not make the world in the way described by the bible.

We do not have a problem paying the past child support, the money doesn't matter. We are concerned for his daughter. We know he is the father. The daughter is 16. Last October she ran away from mothers house...Her probation officer said that if she is found she will go to a detention center for 2 years. She is listed as a runaway...We are looking for her...last we heard from her was a little over a month ago she said she was in Washington State. Now before she ran away the mother said she wanted us to take custody of her. The mother told the probation officer that she didn't want her and that she was going to give us custody. When she ran away the mother stopped all proceedings for us to get custody of her. Can she legally go after current child support for a child that does not live in her home?

help, i need help. im 17 and just adjusting life to being around in a mised skl. Before going me and my mum were like sisters but now i cant even talk to her properly.
