Lots of hair restorers in a bottle..try the pharmacy....spells are useless.

That depends on your belief system.
However, as I have said before here, spells are very tricky, and you really need to know what you are doing.
A spell for hair growth could very well leave you with thick hair all over your body. So I don't know what spell you had in mind, but I would try more traditional methods first.

If your talking about massaging your scalp while praying for it , no. But if your talking about lobing off the scalp of a child and putting it under your pillow, yes.
