If you eat 100% whole grain bread and pasta that hasn't been enriched, aren't those foods good for you. I thought that carbohydrates were the body's main energy source..why is everyone avoiding them while "dieting"?

I've got a professional colleague with whom I work quite closely. She's prone to driving me a little nuts but I tolerated it out of a sense of loyalty and a sincere belief in her potential as a person and as a friend. I went through a difficult illness in the second half of last year and it became clear that she was not someone I could depend on. She's not a bad person. Rather, just in a pretty self-centered place in her life right now. I now have other obligations and don't have the energy for it. Also, it's clear that her and her friendship aren't really worth investing in. I just assume allow this friendship fade but she continues to assume friendship privileges, e.g. she assumes that I share private matters w/her and gives unsolicited advice. I tend to be a friendly and patient person and am happy to oblige by helping her out from time to time (as I would anyone). She "expects" people to help her so I don't think I'm encouraging her. Any thoughts?

90% of wrestling fans know wrestling is scripted and choreographed. We know about half the moves including 80% of all submission moves don't hurt at all. We also know that it takes a helluva lot of athletic ability to do that for a living. If these critics want to see how boring real fighting is they can spend $50 on one UFC fight or boxing match, that they don't know is even going to go past the 30 second mark.

Is this meal stuff anything like by-products?

This stuff doesn't sound like anything I would want to eat, therefore I won't feed it to my dog.

It has been brought to my attention lately that my family and I could definitely take part in saving electricity, water, etc. I wouldn't mind a few tips on ways to do so. I know the basics, such as 'turn off the lights when you do not need them on', but I would like to take it a small step further.

how is it possible for jesus to be god, son of god , and that ghost thingy (drry i dont know what is called) three things in one and if you were to accept jesus you would go to heaven right? so any person can accept him and do the worst thing possible and still go to heaven? i kinda find that confusing can any christian explain it to me?

Is that true that the harry potter books are 'actually' driving people mad. I mean I heard that these books are affecting some kids psychologically, teens trying to do magic, and there have been attemps to steel books on magic in the british library?
Do you like the concept in the harry potter stories. I think its a fantacy and is about the concept of good and evil. But...magic,... I don't know what's in Christinarity about magic, but we Muslims are against magic.
Well, I think that the R.A.B is Sirius' brother Regulus, he somehow survived, perhaps Harry'll meet him in the last book. I also wish that Sirisus is alive, because he is my most favorite character in the series, and perhaps I wouldn't have liked it that much if Gary Oldman, my favorite actor wouldn't have done Sirius.
Dumbledore's dead, and I think Snape and Malfoy'll also die. Voldemort will die, and Harry will also die. What do you think is gonna happen with Wormtail?

WHY WAS THE RELEASE OF THIS REPORT FOUGHT SO HARD BY THE CLINTONS...????The Dave Barrett Investigation Report - the ONLY INDEPENDENT REPORT EVER STOPPED FROM BEING RELEASED , was allowed to be released ONLY if all accusations of corruption and abuse of power were deleted. Per Judges Reavely and two others they say that there is nothing to the report - so release it....if there is any teeth to this report let the clintons prove that their culture of corruption is factual...let Durban, Kerry, Waxman and all of the republicans that cut the deal for this report NOT to be released....explain to taxpayers....why>.....

The top of my stomach hurts so bad. It's probably 2 to 3 inches above my belly button, and I feel like I have to throw up. I went to the doctor the other day because my mouth was hurting really bad and he said I have some thing (I'm not even going to try to spell it. . .) where my salivary gland is swollen and it is caused by infection. Could that infection be in my stomach or something? If so, is that bad? If not, any ideas on what would make my stomach hurt up there? It's been hurting at night for the past three days, and it hurt the day before I went to the doctor.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
