I had studied French for 8 years in HS and college... Now I've been studying Chinese for 4 yrs and actually cannot speak French anymore without mixing Chinese into it. Sometimes I try to speak Chinese and it has some French in it. Is this unique to those who study Asian languages and why are some people able to remember multiple langauges without this problem of interchanging the words sometimes?

If this has ever happend to you please tell me how you got rid of it. When I went to the dentist about 2-3 months ago the corners of my mouth got really dry. I put chapstick on thinking it would go away. I didn't. It just got bigger. I put lotion on it and medication for exima. As you probably guessed it didn't work.
Please help!! Thank you for your help.

I am severely depressed and have been for months. I live in Tennessee where there is absolutely no help available for the uninsured. Tennessee used to have a free heath plan available to those who otherwise could not afford help. I am practically bed ridden at this time from not having the energy or will to even move. I've never been this depressed and don't know what to do. No one in my family (whom I'm staying with) has the money to help me. I am presently unemployed and have no money at all. My back and neck hurt so much now from laying in bed all day and night that it's hard for me to get around. Where can I turn now? Can anyone help me out here with what to do under these circumstances? I feel broken and forgotten.

Is it ok for a girl to burn like one scented candle at her house if you come over? So, in preparation to put my new driftwood in my tank, I took out a large hollow root decoration. I knew my raph was in the log, and I hadn't seen him in almost two weeks, so I took the ornament out of the main tank, and put it into a large stockpot filled w/ tank water. I could see where raph was at in the log, so I tried all my tricks to get him out: bloodworms, a little cold water, and a qtip, and none of these things got him out. This is pretty unusual for him, so I got worried, and started busting off pieces of the ornament with vice grips ( carefully and far away from him, of course. Finally, I got it all busted except the part he was in, and realized he was stuck. I tried to pull, tried to push him out backwards, and he just wasnt moving, he had lost a lot of weight, and he was stuck. I put a paper towel in next to his body, and my husband broke off piece by piece w/ his hand until raph slid out. He looked pretty lifeless @first, but perked back up pretty quickly and ate

Hey guys have a question for you. I was walking in my local mall when I brushed up against a flower box outside. I was wearing shorts, and since they were shorter than the height of the flower box the end of them, the left side, drug on the soil inside the box. I looked down and noticed there was one of those little flossing contractions dumped in the flower box, you know the kind that looks like a hook and has floss suspended from the end for you time use. I noticed too that there was what appeared to be fresh blood on the floss too. My shorts touched therm, and my shorts touched my skin, naturally, so I'm worried that I might get something from the blood. Let's assume the blood was HIV positive. I took a shower with hot water and soap and threw the shorts away, but I'm worried that the HIV could have been spread to other parts of my skin in the shower, and into my hair, etc. I am worried that I didn't kill the virus by taking a hot shower. Please help, I am freaking out.
