The storylines are fake, but the technical moves in the ring are not.Bones are broken, muscles are torn. If you think it's fake, go to you tube, find the footage of Triple H tearing his quad musle TWICE, or better yet, Sid Vicious snapping his leg like a twig, come back here and tell us just how fake it is.

Wrestleling is fake but they try to make it so real but its really not and there is like the good guys and the bad guys people in wrestleling and Hulk Hogan brought most of the excitment in wrestleling the people who where there when all of the legends where started and made an impact to wrestleling those people started to tell about other people when Hogan body slammed Andre the Giant they started to spread it all over the world an mostly now its about the divas because now some divas are on the cover of playboy and the people like that and they star to invent different things to get people more attracted and people dont often see people get beat up.

I think that the submission moves do hurt and that the moves are real. Why would someone train for years to be a wrestler if the moves they would be doing were fake. But yes, I do wish that people would get over the fact about wrestling being fake. If you ask me, I sometimes think that some of these "reality" programs are scripted and are fake.

Maybe because the wrestling 'stars' themselves are so up tight and serious about their profession. They take it as an insult if you mention the scripted nature of the whole "sport". These guys are hardcore lunatics.
For a documentary on professional wrestling (it was done on the old WWC Nitro) click the link:

some ppl can't seem to see the difference in real and not real. think about it not that long ago a little boy was sentenced for killing his sibling coping a move from the wrestling show. Some adult seem to think it ok to go toe to toe with there mate in that fashion. to me it all too sad when ppl cant depict the difference.

I happen to like the UFC. But I do agree with you, people need to get over the whole fake wrestling thing. It's entertainment, just enjoy it. If you don't like wrestling then don't watch. It's as simple as that.
