the multivitamin with the antibiotic?

That depends on what kind of antibiotics you are on, and what's in the vitamin. Certain antibiotics can't be taken with calcium products, and from what i know most nail vitamins have calcium in them. Best the ask a pharmicist.

I don't think anyone could answer that question without knowing what the antibiotic and vitamins actually are.

You'd want to talk to a doctor or nurse or pharmacist to get a good answer. You can call your local pharmacy and get free advice, or your health insurance's helpline.

That is fine. The only things that usually don't go together are birth control pills and antibiotics. Even that won't cause you any physical problems; it is just that the pill doesn't work as well when you are on antibiotics.
