me and my girl live in a new home, it is paid off and is in her fathers name. her father is terminally ill and upon his death the house goes into her name. we live in this house now. the house is valued at 280,000 and we wish to sell it immediately upon it becoming hers and buy something around 200,000. what will we be taxed on the 80,000 difference. do we have to reinvest the money from the house into a property of equal value. is there a capital gains tax? how could we go about doing this and what will happen if we do?

I make some small graphics in my free time, just for fun. I like using programs with special effects and brushes because the backgrounds of these images are very key in the quality and overall appearance. I have been previously using the free trial of Corel IX painter, that worked very very well for me, however, I don't want to buy it and my trial is up, ((setting the computer's clock back doesn't work)). So I am wondering if there are any similar programs out there that are FREE and are of GOOD QUALITY? thanks for the help. =)

me and my boyfriend have been together for a little over two years, well we have been wanting a child and have already lost one at one point in time. and now we are wanting and have been trying to get pregnant again and all. we have tried birthcontrol pills coming off of them and i was just wondering how i could find out if there is something that is stoping us from starting a family or will it come natural. i have talked to my family members about it and friends and none of them have told me anything that i want to hear. so i have been wanting to get pregnant and gave up on the trying part so if it happens it happens. and then i want to get back in the trying to mood. well do you think it was because we was trying to hard and it was causing so much stress and all that is the reason why i am unable to concieve a child. well i hope some one could help me on this, to give me some kind of idea on what to do next with the trying to conceive ideas ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

In my second class I got an A on a test
With a note that said "You did your best"
My day has been grat
So far I haven't been late

But I still need to make 3rd bell
But wait their is Kell!
Who has fundraising candy to sell
But I can't wait

If I miss third bell
My day will not be swell
Class goes fine
I have been on time

My new ASUS motherboard is a real gem, but it's loaded with two of those rubbish PCI-1X ports. From what I can tell, they're good for just about nothing more than taking up space on the motherboard that would otherwise be useful. Is there any way to convert them to fit standard PCI cards, or am I simply stuck with them?

I sometimes get sharp pains around the heart and upper back to the left. They arent very painful, last for less then a second, does anyone know what could cause this? What it might be?....I am going to the doctor on Friday and am going to ask him, just curious if anyone might have any idea. Thanks.
