My question is, when religious people tell me I'm an atheist so why don't I do what I want I'm not accountable why don't I go kill people, I ask three questions, one - how come I haven't killed anyone even thou I am an atheist, two, why do some religious people kill others, and three, if I proved to you there was no God, (there are these people called atheists who stopped believing cause someone proved it to them, or they proved it to themselves), would these people then go around killing people - as they said when they were religious if there was no God why not go killing people.

Or would they act like decent responsible atheists? Like the majority of us atheists act, morally and decently - not killing.

You can nit-pick and say will lieing and all that, but religious people do that too so there isn't much difference there.

Specifically talking about violent crimes.

Please don't give me that I need a savior stuff I don't believe in God so can I get a real answer?

With approx. 75,000 babies being aborted a year in Texas, I can see why mothers need to consider adoption. Surely there's not that many women being raped? Women should be more responsible. I hope the "paid adoption" bill gets passed, this is a good consideration.

I wants some opinions because my mom keeps telling me that having the baby natural does not take as long but an epidural takes extra hours because you can not feel anything. What's your thoughts on this situation? I have also heard that some people end up having back problems after getting an epidural.

My spouse and I seem to disagree on which looks better. I've always felt that a stone tiled entryway gave a good first impression of "Wow, nice place" (let's pretend,$$ is no object)
My spouse thinks that you are not supposed to break up the hardwood floor. There is a defined entryway and after that is the dinning rm,kitchen,and hall way which are all going to be hardwood floors.
Does any body out there know where I can find pictures of stone entryways leading to a hardwood floor? Or is this not to be??

She has been dealing with problems with trying to find a job, dropping out of college and just generally trying to get her life in order. She said all of this has pushed us apart and has made her question our compatibility. So she is taking some time to herself to get things straight and try to rediscover our relationship. Could this work? I don't think I can wait forever, but I respect her enough to fulfill her wishes to give her time to decide rather that just call it over and move on right away. Am I doing the right thing?

I am getting married later this year and was wondering if you had any ideas?

It's an Indian wedding - so a long two hour ceremony where people are seated, chatting amongst themselves!! All the weddings I go to are the same and I wanted some different ideas! e.g. indoor fireworks, maybe falling petals.

The wedding is going to have LOADS of guests, so my chocolate fountain idea won't work as it would be too many people wondering around..

The wedding is going to be in a marquee, which is different anyway, but any ideas will be much appreciated!! thanks!
