raw or cooked vegetables, chicken and turkey meat, low fat yoghurt , skimmed and low fat milk are all part of a heathy and well balanced diet:) IMO
just try to avoid the sweetner and artificial flavor products and then you will be fine:)

any salad vegitable,fruit only 2 pieces per day,grilled fish multigrain sandwich no butter or marg.with lean meat.steal 1 per week all visible fat removed,no sugars at all in tea or coffee.as much fish as you like in australia we call it grilled in the us.i think you might call it broiled,it is cooked under diect heat
