I am looking into buying either a townhouse or a condo, and I know they come with association fees. In my area they usually run from $150 to $250 per month. I've asked a few questions on here already about buying a home, and I was told that when I get a mortgage I should make sure that it includes property taxes and homeowners insurance. Can that mortgage also include association fees? Or is that completely separate? I'm just thinking that having to budget for the association fees would reduce the amount I can afford to pay for a condo or townhouse. Another question, how can I figure out how much heat will cost me each winter? I've heard most condo associations in my area cost more, but include heat, whereas with a townhouse it costs less, but doesn't include heat. I'd rather have a townhouse, but will the cost of heat and association fees put that out of my reach??

I am a new iPod Shuffle user and I am having trouble deleting unwanted music. I understand you have to uncheck items you want deleted but I keep hearing the word "sync" when deleting. What is this and how do I do it? I appriciate any help.

For those of you who didnt see it let me give you a break down. All these girls work as shot girls at thsi bar called Macos in Orlando. There are these three girls who have worked there a long time and basically physcially and verbally harass all the new hires. It is APPAULLING how management looks the other way. They proceed to all team up on whoever is their newest "victim" of the night. Break the girls shots that shes supposed to sell, publicly berate her with vicious names and then break into her locker, destroy her personal property and then relock it up. When the victim is finally brought to tears she notifies the mangement about the situation and they side with the three bullies. "It's called a locker, try locking your stuff up" This is what the management tells her. Meanwhile the camera crew documents these three girls going to management, asking for the lockers keys, breaking into the locker and destroying her stuff. I was so disgusted, MTV has really hit a new low!

both are hate groups and carry out horrible crimes based on their cult....Being a muslim is not a religion, its a cult. I have been to mosques around the world.
