Because of the issues with Menu Foods, I have no desire to give these people any more of my money. Additionally, I believe that I can do better than Nutro Ultra for my dogs. I am considering switching to Nature's Variety, does anyone have an opinion on this brand?

I am currently working for a sm. company with only 50 employess. The company is only 7 yrs.old. One of first employees hired and been with company for 4 years.
Pros: Small company, great co workers, very laid back atmosphere, routine work assignment each day. As long as my work is done, no boss over shoulder. Recieves a $1500 christmas bonus, and monthly incentatives approx. $150, but not guaranteed.
Cons: Under paid. Pay $11 a hour, compared to market value of pay in zip code, should be approx. $14-$17 hourly. Started with company when they were just starting out, and I took low pay because of it being a new company. Was told that as company progressed, pay would meet current market. 4 years later and still under... discussed with owner, states no problem with my work, but company can't raise pay, only 3% pay raise each year.
I am financially comfortable and don't have to have a higher paying job. But...I feel with my work history and experience that I should be paid better.

Ok, I found my cat in Hurricane Frances, it was lost. I took care of it, never did anything wrong and one day he all of a sudden got really mean. Now 3 years later ita a mean little jerk. I never yell at him, I do everything right for him. I show him love and play with him. One second he's sweet then pow!! He nails me. His pupils get big and it gets dark around his eyes, then he meows in a very mean way!! I dont get it, he was nice then all of a sudden got mean. and to make it worse whens hes in a bad mood he goes right where im about to go then he nails me again thinking im gonna bother him but im not. I show all but anger to my cat. When Im sad and sick he nails me. When im happy and loving he nails me. He get doesn't hurt me in a playful way, he just,...just. Oh I dont know what to do!!!! HELP ME!!

We work together and we are all friends..She tell him he's her favorite co-worker and hangs around his desk. They do have to work closely together, but he says she does make him feel uncomfortable at times. How do I keep it professional but keep her in her place. What are the known bounderies? I have had an arguement with a man who said London is the biggest city, but I know Glasgow must be.
LONDON city is 1 mile square.
The Thames runs past Essex on one side and Kent on the other then past London. Yet so many people think the Thames runs through London.

Glasgow boasts the Clyde runs through Glasgow and the Kelvin, and the Canal, Oh what about the Alander?

get a massage from a new massage therapist, and I told her exactly what I wanted and she kept messing up and was rather rude.

So, I did pay her the cost of the massage when I left the massage room, however, where I would normally leave the tip on the bed, I took some ketch-up (I had a couple packets in my purse) and smeared it on the sheets of the massage table in the appropriate place.

My question is: Was it more rude to do that, or to leave 2 cents to show her what I thought of her "massage"?

I just saw a pioneer elite 42" 1080p in bestbuy playing something off a blu ray disk..and it was unbelievable. Online sources say at 42'', the detectable resolution between 1080p or 720p or 1080i is negligible. So why did the pioneer look so much better?
