We recently requested that our 2 year old be tested by the public school system - for entrance into preschool. He is verbally delayed, and may require 'special ed" services. Among the info they requested was his hemoglobin levels. Any idea why? Best I found was that you can determine anemia (iron deficiency) from hemoglobin levels, but how is that related to preschool testing? Is it legal for the school system to demand this information?

I'm from Europe and moved to the US in 1999 .
I'm an American now .
I have a daughter in Europe and 3 grandchildren .
My daughter does'nt speak to me anymore ,although we used to be very close .
She said I abanded her ( she 38 now ) .
I wrote letters she never anwsered telling her .......I have a life too , and want to be happy ....and I am .
She said she will never talk to me again as long as she lives .
Making it very hard for me to see my grandkids when I go over there .
What would you do ?

We have a female boxer who is a year and a half old, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to clip her nails! When we first got her at 8 weeks old we followed the vet's instructions and touched her paws a lot to try to make her comfortable with us holding/touching her paws so nail clipping would be easier. It was fine until she was just shy of one year old- now she will not let us cut her nails. My husband and I have even gone as far as to physically lay on top of her and hold her down trying to cut her nails, but she always wriggles out of our grasps. We have taken her to the groomer and the vet but to no avail- she is not an aggressive dog AT ALL but she nipped at both the groomer and the vet when they tried to cut her nails. She allows you to touch her paws but for some reason when you bring out the clippers she goes ballistic and runs in the other direction. Does anyone have any practical advice for me? Her nails are getting really long and I am worried they are starting to get uncomfortable

I'm 25 dating my bf for 1 mth (he's 10 yr senior but that's not e point). Recently we tried rendevous in the car and we're topless. I feel excitement bcoz it's my first time (topless, rendevous in the public...) but don't feel any "high" at all. My confusion is... Every boy is shocked when he is first hit in the groin and realizes

7 erections a day. Because a boy handles his penis to pee, means
that he is constantly handling his sexual organs.


Is the above statement correct as to why boys masterbate more then girls. Or do girls secretly masterbate and refuse to tell.
