Probably something by Dick Dale. He's known as the Surf Gutiar king. Misirlou was featured in a number of movies, including Pulp Fiction and the Black Eye Peas used a sample in Pump IT. Since I'm not exactly sure which song your looking for, I would suggest doing an itunes search for surf music or Dick Dale and listening to some samples to get the exact name you're looking for.
