THE LUCIDIAN PRINCIPLE
guidelines to how man will become as immortal as the stars
and ultimately destroy the notion of God as we ascend into
becoming gods ourselves.

Remember, this is just a theory, but to me it seems feasible.

It all starts with the Human Genome Project, this is the true
Holy Grail, this is the starting point of our immortality.
Through understanding of our genetic structure, we may be able
to detect the mechanisms that cause the degeneration of cells,
resulting in aging and identify mutations of cells that cause
disease or predisposition to disease. If we continue on the road
we're on, it seems possible to locate the genetic material that
is intrinsically tied to disease and aging and simply silence them forever.
This eliminates aging and disease. But if everyone is immortal, and
continue to have kids and there kids continue to have kids, and so forth
our planet will become insufferably overpopulated. We will create
a living Hell, and at that point, death would be a blessing, where it seems
the irony lies. Heres my solution to this problem.

If we are able to alter our genetic makeup as we wish, we give everyone
a certain age limit, lets just say 150 years for arguments sake. This
means everyone on the planet at a given time lives to 150 years max no matter
what. When there time is up, then they must submit to death, but it won't be a
real "death" as I will explain.

The idea is we humans must have shifts on this planet Earth. We essentially
take turns to live out our 150 years. So when one generations time limit is up
they are sent off into a sort of man-made space cemetary where they are put into
cryogenic sleep. I envision for fun's sake, an asteroid adorned with man-made
machinery, perpetually frozen and orbiting Earth.

If space is indeed infinite and has no true end. then space is unlimited to house
as many souls as we can produce to no end. We'll never run out of room.

So one generation sleeps out the others 150 year stay on the planet Earth, and it will
become each generations responsiblity as they remain on Earth to make Earth into a
Utopia, this means assurances that our planet is maintained and protected against all threats.
We must stop global warming and keep our weather moderate, We must have a back up plan
to keep the planet heated and hospitable in case the sun truly does burn out (if theres no
way to regenerate the suns power with future technology, (such as entering the sun when its burned out
and releasing some sort of chemical/nuclear reaction to ignite it once again) then we simply must relocate
to another planet until this is achieved, for this our home, if not possible then we simply must
make peace in our new home. We must ensure protection against any "foreign invaders" such as alien
encounters through a sort of impenetrable force field, which protects against asteroids or
defense systems to blow them out of the sky.(although I believe we are the only
sentience in the universe. Consider the fact that we humans have advanced so much in the last 10,000
years, if other lifeforms existed before our own, can you imagine how much more advanced they would be
considering the universe is BILLIONS of years old, then consider the odds of this rate of advancement
and ask yourself, how is it possible we have no irrefutable proof of contact from them? the odds speak
for themselves.

We must develop technology to heal wounds rapidly without it ever crossing into the extreme of death, but
hopefully future medical technology will curb violent behavior towards others, and safety in all things
will be so profound that physical harm other than "disease" which will be eliminated will most likely never occur.

It is the responsibility of the living to achieve these high goals as the rest sleep and when revived will
be their responsibility. I believe we will achieve a state of singularity eventually, meaning we as humans
can only advance so far before we start to deteriorate, we must recognize that what we have achieved can
go no further and be content in that. In this sense we will finally achieve our Utopia, our perfect world, we will
create our own Heaven. Which is where we all ultimately wish to end up. If one to live during a time where
we have not achieved this Utopia yet, then this person must regard this as Life is regarded now, a mere stepping stone
until there passage to Paradise. Eventually, everyone will find themselves in Paradise, whether they live one life or many
to get there is irrelevent, since Life's ambition is to find that ultimate peace.

The beauty of this is this will be true immortality, there will be no "lost time." Just as we go to bed at midnight and wake up
at 9 A.M. We are unconscious and unaware of the passage of time during which we are unconscious. The last thing we remember in
reality is what we did before we went to bed, which immediately transfers to what we acknowledge when we wake up. Whether it be
8 hours or 150 years, makes no difference. When unconscious you have no sense of time. So being put into a frozen sleep for 150
years would make no more difference then waking up after a 4 hour nap. To find yourself in a new life.

People say this playing God, but ask yourself this, Why do we even have the capacity to this knowledge and the ability
to obtain it if its not God's will? People say "murder" is wrong and of course it is, but since we are aware of it and how
to do it and it is done, then it must have some purpose, therefore murder is a necessary evil, it has purpose, merely on the
fact it exists, Nothing exists without a reason and therefore they happen because they must happen for things to be as they are.

The religion of today is the entertainment of the future. Ancient Greeks believed just as strongly in their pantheon of Gods
headed by Zeus as we believe in our Catholic God I'm sure. But now Zeus and his fellow gods are reduced to feature length
Disney cartoons, not to be taken as seriously. How can we be 100 percent certain that the way we view "God" now won't have
the same fate? It seems more likely than anything else. Our ideas of God seem to fit with the way we live our lives. Our Gods
always seem like a God of convenience, Since most people reject homosexuals, then our God rejects homosexuals and they go to Hell. Since most
people reject suicide, then our God rejects homosexuals and they go to Hell. Notice a pattern here? In any case, it seems likely as
we become immortal, we will view God as wanting this to happen to us. You all know in your hearts that this will become the end result.
I do believe there is a God, an unknown source for all things, but due to mankind's limitations we will never understand it, as we
will never understand (but maybe we will) the nature of "ghosts" We simply must accept their existence and coexist peacefully with it. We
understand the way things are, such as evolution and our natural inclinations go along with evolution, since evolution exists and it brings
with it our progressment and our natural inclination to do so then we can only attribute it to God's will, since it exists and came to be
and live our lives fully content, in any case, our new found immortality leaves us no other choice.

My 5 yr old brother is allergic to eggs. along with other things. The doctors say on a scale of 1-10 (10 being death) he rates a 9 1/2. He's also allergic to natural peanut butter (not store bought), shell fish, Nuts, mold, and something outside (found that one out while camping on an island... horrible.) He's a very active child. He'll be starting school in the fall. Everyone's been dreading this because kids share and accidents happen. He knows he cant have eggs, and is very good about it. We've had a bad past year. Our grandmother died of a Brain Tumor that she had for 5 years. (no one knew.... including her DR.) after that, a gas quad was bought for his bday in Oct. someone stole it out of the yard 2 days before xmas. Anyone have any Ideas about how we could make the year easier and more fun for him. He's wonderful and deserves to be happy. Please help.
