I got an idea, first of all, start off by wearing sexy dress, so go on and shave your leg holyman. Then go to clubs like Qba at Westin or Zeta bar at Hilton Sentral. They are bound to be on the look out for anyone in sexy outfit..Once they approach you, quickly change your attire back to your own self.
Some of these people hangs out at banana leaf makan place in PJ, some hangs out in gazebo subang jaya. If u see them in hotel, be sure to know that some sucker is paying for the dinner in return for favour they are asking.

well, if you are looking at the modern ones, you can find them hanging out at changkat bukit bintang and asian heritage row. the premier hotels are also their favorite makan and lepak places.bar wise, i think Luna Bar has quite avid patrons.
the rest, golf clubs, dangdut etc. but yeah, you need alot of connections to join their circle. try their kids first (i mean befriend them). not all are stuck ups, but they are particular about who they are seen with i guess.
