are you active in your sleep?

i sleep walk, have conversations, might argue, and assume im awake but all the time im asleep and when i wake up, i cant remember anything. :)

Yes I'm very active in my sleep . You may think I"m kidding but I woke up one morning and had ripped my pillow and blanket to pieces . I don't think I would be even strong enough to do that while awake , that still amazes me . I used to sleep walk in my early teens and was once found in the neighbors garage taking a leak , lol that was very embarrassing when I found out the next day . Fortunately my parents had followed me to see what I was doing .

Yep, I talk in my sleep, kick in my sleep, even laugh and grunt. It's crazy. I even ate cookies that were next to my bed when I was half asleep- half awake.

I sleep like a log but my son can talk in his sleep and he got that from his dad who can walk and hold a conversation in his sleep.

sometimes i have lucid dreams, which suck. it can be confusing at first, but then i just try to remember that i am in control of it and i can usually manipulate the situation. there are a lot of good books on lucid dreaming too. i still move around a lot, but since i got my swedish tempurpedic bed i am much more comfortable. i rarely talk in my sleep.

I talk a lot in my sleep and am told that nothing ever makes sense and sometimes I sound angry. I have also punched people who have tried to wake me up, I bloodied my exes nose!

thats cool! Well, sometimes, I guess.

I babysat a girl once.. she kept on scaring me.. she'd have nightmares and "wake up" then come crying to me then quietly walk back to her bed and lie down... in the morning she wouldnt remember.. she did this often... it was scary.. i didnt know what to do..

And my boyfriend.. he talks in his sleep sometimes.. sometimes he says stuff that I think is important... then i ask him about it later and he's confused..hehe:-)

he tells jokes too:-D but he doesnt give me the answers:-(

I always talk in my sleep, but i know why... it's just that I talk sooooooo much during the day that I get used to it and am constantly talking. I can't keep quiet for more than an hour.!!

I was active enough to urinate in the Lazy Susan in the kitchen once when I was sleeping. My sister just watched me do it and was nice enough to clean it up for me and put me to bed...laughing all the while of course.
