im biracial and im 22 years old. within the past few years i have found myself becoming more emotionally uncontrolled. i just wondered if any one out there is going through the same thing or has been through it. what did u do to over come it? i do not want to seek "proffessional" help, but i will if necessary as it is not really in the budget right now.

My son is turning 8 in May and I am going to plan a birthday party for him. He is a XBOX- aholic, that is all he is really interested in. I have no problem planning a party for my girls but he is the hardest!!! Please suggestions are all welcome!! I need major help!!! Thanks!

I asked this question a couple of days ago and only got one response so I'm going to try again. What do you guys think of girls that like to dress up most of the time. I love to wear skirts, dresses, etc. Even if I'm in jeans, I'm always in a nice top and heels. I'm just not comfortable in just t-shirts or sneakers. They make me feel dumpy. But I have heard that guys are intimidated by girls that dress up. Do you prefer us in more casual clothes?

we have a swimming pool; that for reasons unbeknownst to me, is filled with dirt. there was thought of bricking it over, but i am thinking of turning it into a garden. if i were to do this;since i dont know the origin of the dirt, should i treat the soil before planting? this is a group home, on limited funding. i would not be able to extend great expense in beginning this project. However maybe some of you could offer some shade tree advice towards it getting a good start. i am good with plants. i don't forsee any major issues. but , i don't want to sow a bunch of plants into dirt that won't support their growth. any suggestions or lending of experience is appreciated.

I have a lot going on in the next three or four months, and I was told by my boss to pick which days were more important to me! 1. Fiancee graduates college(may) 2. maid of honor in wedding (june) 3. Im still in college (I hate it), I dont have a bf, Ive never had sex or anything but I really want a baby.

I know how irresponsible it is to just get knocked up and how hard that would be.
I really want a husband & father for my baby and everything.
But I cant help but want a baby.

To all who specifically call themselves Baptist, or Methodist, or Catholic, or Seventh-Day Adventist, or Presbyterian, or Lutheran... etc. Do you believe that your particular interpretation of the bible is the only correct one? Or at least the most correct?

If not, why do you choose to identify with that denomination as opposed to any others? If so, is it hard for you to acknowledge that all other denominations feel just as strongly that they are more right than you?

And not to be rude, but I'm not really looking for the "Denomination doesn't matter as long as you trust in god and the bible" type of answer. Also, this isn't meant for Christians who consider themselves non-denominational.

Placed a contract on condo with deposit of $5000 and purchased $6000 in upgrades in advance with no structural changes. Place is not even built yet - still framing the main floor and I live on the 7th. This is the first phase and they have 3 to build.

Now we have buyers remorse. Informed seller who wants us to let them know immediately because they have large waiting list and can re-sell in less than a week. Seller wants 100% of the $11k down and will not negotiate. Contract appears iron-clad, but this seems unethical - we offered to let them keep $5k deposit if they would refund us the upgrades, which is mostly labor (plaster treatments) that they have no investment in at this time.

Today, buyers at this place are paying 20k more for the same floorplan. I would understand if I was causing some damage to the seller, and the $5k seems more than fair for their admin fees of a $260k property... Should I hire a lawyer? My credit is too good for financing contingency clause
