Ok,if I'm thinking right,Ooooh, you're talking about the plastic things that when you put the one end into the other end, you'd have to cut it to get it off!Doh,on me..Ok,try the Hardware stores,Dollar stores. And you can get the folder sticker tags at Walmart or at Office Supplies,Home Depot and Places like that..If you're talking about the cable line/connections in the house? If not,you could be talking about the ones outside. If you mean the ones outside-I can't help you.But if you mean the ones inside,to keep up with the clutter look. Then I CAN help you.Take bread ties to put it in a bunch(es)and those, colored or white stickers (You can use to label your folders),title it what is is.Like:T.V.,Radio,DVD,VHS and so on.And attach it around the cable....Or maybe I'm having a major Brain Fart, and I have no idea what you're talking about.

take a length of clear packing tape, use a sharpie to print your info,on the sticky side, at one end. then wrap the tape around the cable, sticky sides together. voila! smudge-proof cable labels.
