i'm going to start running again,, i think its been 9 months-to a year that i stoped doing exercise. then i went to deit pills Xentract 3 something like that. it was working! i lost a lot of weight but it got me all jumppy! and i got really sick. so i threw them away and i want to use a healthier way of loseing weight! if i run for 30mins everyday for a year....from april to january(2008) how much weight do you think i would lose? i'm a size 3. i want to get to a size 1. i know you might say,"Whattt?!" but thats just how i want it. Oh! what does running do for me? what i mean is in what parts do i start loseing weight? My p.e. teacher told me that the first week does not do much for me..after about the end of 3 weeks i will start seeing results. is that true? thanx!
