Though the Second Coming will be quite real, the rapture is an invention of nineteenth-century imagination. The most commonly cited scriptural "support" for the rapture is the "left behind" passage. Problem is, it doesn't say what people claim it does. In that passage, the people taken away were the sinners, and the righteous were left behind; therefore, that passage does not support rapture theology.

The folks at Family Radio believe the Final Judgment and Second Coming of Christ will be in the fall of 2011.

The only rapture you guys will see is at the end of time when those that have been fed the body and blood of Jesus will rise to meet him.
