i'm going to start running again,, i think its been 9 months-to a year that i stoped doing exercise. then i went to deit pills Xentract 3 something like that. it was working! i lost a lot of weight but it got me all jumppy! and i got really sick. so i threw them away and i want to use a healthier way of loseing weight! if i run for 30mins everyday for a year....from april to january(2008) how much weight do you think i would lose? i'm a size 3. i want to get to a size 1. i know you might say,"Whattt?!" but thats just how i want it. Oh! what does running do for me? what i mean is in what parts do i start loseing weight? My p.e. teacher told me that the first week does not do much for me..after about the end of 3 weeks i will start seeing results. is that true? thanx!

Depending on your intensity during these runs 30mins everyday is great. To lose more fat you could also include a weights session a couple times a week. This won't make you huge and masculine. It will increase your muscle mass which will increase your metabolism. This should get you looking not only slim but fit. Remember its not always running and weights, incorporate a healthy diet too optimise your weight loss and boost health and immune system (less downtime from exercise). Good luck =D

but..... I don't understand why you wanna be so skinny a 1 >? that makes me sad you have an extra small size now .... I mean I am happy that you stop taking pills and excellent that you are gonna run that is good for you .... I believe you will be a 0 by Jan

it is really hard to say. It also depends on your caloric intake. I know that the more exercise you do, the more you speed up your metabolism the faster you lose weight.
