I am successfully losing weight (18 pounds since mid- January!) by changing my eating habits, slowly, step-by-step, creating a healthier lifestyle. And though I'm not counting calories (and don't plan too!!), I would like to get an idea of my current calorie intake. I'm thinking that if I could find a service that would periodically accept a record of my food intake (maybe for a solid week each month or something), and evaluate it both for calorie intake and nutritional value, it would help. But, does such a service exist? (And, of course, if a service is also out there that will help me evaluate the level and amount of my work-outs that would be cool, too!!!)
