Only if you want to celebrate his ineptitude, corruption, and spineless achievements. The guy was an actor first and foremost. Evidently a good actor for he convinced people like you that he actually did something worthwhile. His face on Rushmore would be an insult and a disservice to the others also on the mountain.

Ronald Reagan was one of the weakest men ever to pretend to be a cowboy. His lack of creativity and failure to understand his own administration's policies proved a huge embarrassment to the West. The Mount Rushmore sculpture is a pointless and kitsch abuse of a beautiful ancient landscape.

No. The monument is a tribute to the men who helped found this country. He didn't do much of anything to be remembered for except the voice over for the Borax commercial.
