I have been under a great deal of stress lately(last 6 years) and can not get to sleep at night. I sleep for about 3 hours and need more. But my real problem is that it may take between 3 and 4 hours to fall asleep. I have tried lunesta, sonata, high doses of melatonin, whiskey, vodka, sambuca, warm milk, even some opiates, nothing helps. My friend gave me some ether which makes me a bit woozy but I can't go out the next day smelling of that. What else is out there, I NEED SLEEP!!!! nothing these doctors give me works!!!!
