the question asks:
¿Qué te enoja?
and i say: La tarea de matemáticas que me enoja.
does that make sense?
andd..if it asks:
¿Qué mandaste que hicieran tu(s) amigo(s)?
and i say:
Mandé a mi(s) amigo(s) que jugara(n) al fútbol.
does that make sense?

drop the "que" in the first sentence.
The rest is OK

Yes, it makes perfect sense. The only thing I would change is, in your first answer, drop the word, "que," and in the second answer:
Mandé a mi(s) amigo(s) que jugara(n) al fútbol.
Should either be:
Mandè a mis amigos a que jugaran fùtbol. OR
Mandè a mis amigos a jugar fùtbol.
I think you´ll do great on your test :-)
