I'd like to become ACE certified on Photoshop... I don't have any formal education in it, i'm entirely self taught... but there isn't anything I can think of that I don't know how to do in CS3, so I'm wondering if I am eligible for the exam and if it's a good thing to spend the money on.

the other day i called a local dealer looking for a lower A arm ball joint for a 2000 blaster. he said $125. he said you have to buy the WHOLE A-arm as they dont sell just the joints. now iv checked online and have found them for like <$20. so should i buy the one the dealer said just to have a new A arm or go the cheap way and buy just what i need? also should i replace the other side of as well to prevent from having to do so in the near future?

In Microbiology there is a word used to describe a way for a bacteria to transport itself to other living organisms or locations whether being through water, air, direct-contact, etc... I thought the word was vertex, but now I am not so sure. Any help on this?

I am 15 1/2 and I am 5 foot 2 1/2 inches (chya!). I have a pear shaped body, and just my hips are bigger than the rest of my body. I run a total of 3-5 miles a day 5 times a week for track practice. I'm afraid that my legs are going to become nice and muscle while my hips just stick out... untoned... and gross. Big hips, ughhhhh. I just want to know of what type of exercises would help to tone them down so that I wouldn't look so distorted.

I'm on level 6, I got the grail and now I'm coming up to the Skeleton Dragon. The only problem is I have no Elixer's of Health! Is there any way I can get back up to the top and run all the way back to the statue to buy Health Elixers before fighting the Skeleton dragon? I can't seem to find a way back up? Or in there anywhere in the catacombs below where I can find some health elixers?

My husband is the biggest BABY ever. He has been in bed since Thurs. mooring. He keeps asking for stuff every 20 minuets. Like get me the remote (which is on the night stand ) , for something to eat (then does not eat it ) , for something to drink (when there is a drink next to him ) . He is sleeping most of the day, then up most of the night. While I am sleeping, he keeps wakening me, so we can talk. His Mom called to see how I was !!! I told her I was going to bring him to her house !! She said NO WAY IN HE*L!! You keep him, Hess your now !!!
So my question is if I smother him with his pillow, would that be considered justified homicide?

Of all the Starbucks I have ever been to, and I have been to many locations in many different cities and states, I have never heard a peep of gratitude for my gratuity. They are usually very friendly, and it's not that it bothers me; I will continue to tip them regardless, it's just one of those stupid little questions I've always been curious about, and I don't want to be rude and ask them! Looking for opinions from those who live, have lived, or have been to the Boca Raton area, this includes nearby beaches of Deerfield and Delray, but looking mainly for in Boca. I have issues with my big screen TV. I hate it. LOL! It is the biggest thing in the world even though it's not bulky. [60in flat screen]

It seems that no matter what entertainment center it's on [I just made a new one] that our whole living room is overwelmed by it.

I hate big screens but my husband really wanted one so we ended up getting a bigger one a while back.

Any suggestions on how to take the focus from the TV to the homey feel we used to have? Thanks!
