I am 15 1/2 and I am 5 foot 2 1/2 inches (chya!). I have a pear shaped body, and just my hips are bigger than the rest of my body. I run a total of 3-5 miles a day 5 times a week for track practice. I'm afraid that my legs are going to become nice and muscle while my hips just stick out... untoned... and gross. Big hips, ughhhhh. I just want to know of what type of exercises would help to tone them down so that I wouldn't look so distorted.

Have you ever tried to do the "fire hydrant"? It's pretty weird looking.. I wouldn't do it at the gym, but in the privacy of my own home. Basically get on your hands and knees and lift one leg up like you're a male dog peeing on a fire hydrant. Do it over and over on each side. You can feel it working.

(You don't really have to pee on anything for this to work, it's just pretend.)

whoa. if you are 15 you should NOT be worrying about something some women go to extremes about. Live your teenage years thinking about cute guys and cute shoes.
