i dont want to fail english... but i hate my teacher...
because me and friends were doing a presentation, we had learned all our lines and were intending to split it beetween us, untill she told me to shut up and let my friend do the entire presentation while i stood and did nothing, this would mean that i can't get a grade for it. And people witenessed it and have been talking about it and she has told to stop spreading rumors... even though its true...

what should i do...because i hate English now?

My younger sister has a 3 yr old, my even younger brother and his fiancee just recently got pregnant. They can't financially take care of their unborn child and has asked us if we would like to adopt it. Can they just sign their parental rights over to us without getting lawyers involved and spending all that money? She is debating over whether or not to have an abortion. I believe that the baby should have a chance at life. Should I even concider this or should I just keep trying to concieve on my own? The doctor's say that I am normal that sometimes women don't have periods. My overies are ok, I had a sonogram. What can I do to get pregnant we have been trying for about a year and a half now? Is there a certain position you need to be in to get pregnant easier? I have a lot of questions but I really want a baby. Please help

Does anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced tattoo in Minnesota? I want a very simple tattoo I want a cursive letter E for my daughter with a rose going through it and I want to put it on my right arm, but I also don't want to get ripped off. I paid 125 on my back tattoo and 80 on my ankle tattoo so I am hoping this simple little thing wouldn't cost more than 100. Anyone know anyone that would do it for this cheap? Please let me know thanks.

Should it matter what you are covering up or who you are protecting .
Should obstruction of justice meet with the same penalty possession of a couple of pounds of pot does .

Making a living selling pot is the same as manipulating the justice system by lying . You know that you should not but the stakes are high .

I live away from him, haven't lived with him since I was 18. I don't owe him anything, and he doesn't help me out. So don't understand why he still wants to control everything I do.
If I don't agree with him, he raises his voice and threating to hit me. I am still very afraid of my fathers temper. I love my father, I don't want to cut him out of my life. But this is getting ridiculous, I am 25, and I have my own life. I tried to mention anger management classes. He yells that there is nothing wrong with him. Please! advice please...

I recently received a summon to court over old debt with Providian (they demand $3000).

Couple of days later I got a settlement letter from collection agency that suing me. But they do not mention lawsuit there. It just says they will close out the account if I pay settlement amount. (which is $1000 lower then amount they are suing me for)

What are my options ?

What happens if I go for settlement before the court date ? Is my case going to get dismissed ? Any ideas what might happen ? Or any suggestions how to deal with it ?

My SOL expired Sept.2006, but it looks like they have filed lawsuit in Jul 2006, but my court date is in March. Is SOL rules apply to filing day or court date ?

Ok this may sound stupid but my pd usually comes every 24th, 25th which would make my cycle around 30-32 day cycle wel last month it came 5 days late so it would have been jan 29th. .so by all means i should have ovulated the week of the 14th of feb. which i know for a fact i had sex (usuing the pull out method which i know you can still get prego fromon the 14th and towards the end of feb. but i should have gotten my pd. march 1,2 which makes me 7 or 8 days late i took 2 test one a faint neg. and the other this morning a neg. i was wondering could i have ovulated later in the month than i was suppose to and gotten pregnant but it wont show up for a few more days or could i still have gotten pregnant around the 14th and the hcg just isnt strong enough. .thanks also i thought i was havin some symptoms, headaches, feeling sick,fel like passing out,acne break out,gas/burping,indegestion/heartburn once tho,and bloating. . just looking for thoughts,answers,experiences thanks in advance
