Rock on....There are bands out with black singers and members in it. Ever heard of Killswitch?? They are amazing and a black dude sings for them. You would never have known...I dont see why you would think its not normal. White people like rap:)

Yes. Perfectly normal. Some people like to stereotype. I know I have been accused of listening to "white boy music" because I don't conform to the stereotype that black people can only listen to hip hop or R n B.
The colour of your skin should not dictate what you listen to. Listen to what you like.

Yeah. Just because alot of 14 year old black kids are mostly into rap and what not, doesn't mean it's not normal. I think its awsome!

Me too, at first I was skeptical but now i'm a lot more tolerant of rock music. I still love hip hop but i love some rock music too, don't worry your not alone. My fav rock song would have to be Dance! Dance! by Fall out boy, I don't like the band but that song has me hooked. and I love the song Here In your Arms by Hellogoodbye

of course it is! it's a stereotype that all black people like rap. rock music is the best! don't let anyone tell you that you aren't normal for liking it.

Yes that's perfectly fine. Contrary to what some people believe your musical preference has nothing to do with race, gender, age, or anything else. It's what you like that matters.

Sure it is. Why not??? You can like any music you want.Thats like saying only white people listen to country, black people listen to rap, mexicans listen to spanish and goth and emo people only listen to goth and emo music. I'm mexican and i listen to rock and thats pretty much it i don't care what people say about it. If its not them listening to it then they don't need to worry about it.
