Are personal loans deductible from business taxes??? if a family member is giving me 165000 as a loan for my business...will i be able to deduct it from my business taxes?? i have a corporation.

Well I used to be a very alert and never getting tired workoholic till about six months back. I resigned from a top notch MNC to start my own consultancy. The things did not work out to be a good proposition due to immnese market pressure forcing the lending rates rising by 4% in last one year. Now i am facing another big jolt, I feel drowsy/sleepy most of teh time when i am working. When the night falls and it is the real time to sleep I am wide awake as an own thinking about business and finances. Still i manage atleast 7 hours of bed( whether sleeping or just lying down). I wake up fresh but as soon as i enter my office, I am drowsy/sleepy again.... Please help.. whats this happening to me?

my body look good for having 3 kids, but sense i had my children, my body's shine kinda went out. my skin looks so pale and dry looking. i tried alot of lotion, but all lotion does is get rid of dry skin which is a good thing and it helped my skin with the dry part, but the shimmer glow wont come back. my nails are flimsey and i cant let them grow long because they will tear right off. is there anybody out there that is going through the same thing sense they had babies. my husband and i are going on a trip to the bahamas and i dont want to look like a big clump of dried sand.

Terrorism:
You might think of arabs as crazy people that drive planes into buildings, and kill innocent people. Well let me tell you how its actually is. I dont agree with 9/11 or the mass killing that some people do. Dont think that we are living all in civil wars killing each other all the time, its not actually like this. There is a lot of points you guys think of and here what makes you think we are terrorists, well not all of us are, and not only we are, for example, no insult this is not a blog to inult or blame anyone, U.S has many terrorists, and with a high rate then any country, the people you see on tv holding flags and slaughtering poor innocent people, are defending their country from invaders, who came in and made anarchy more then the country was in, and i am talking about Iraq, no mass destruction weapons found, oil taken and then they say they want to change the government.
